On a beautiful Sunday morning, we leave Walnut Creek behind us at 8.15am
8.45: Meeting up with Jon in Danville - our guide for today.
We head south, towards 580, turn west, then north along Chabot & Redwood
spectacular rolling hills
leaving Hayward behind and heading straigh north on Redwood Rd
at the top, after a real climb
But the view is worth every drop of sweat.

45 miles later, we arrive back at Hilton Rd in Walnut Creek.
Ah...a nice cold beer in the back yard. A perfect start of a gorgeous day.
Off to new adventures.
